2. Since most of our products are personalised, we do not offer cash on delivery service
3. All non-personalised orders are shipped within 48 hours and delivered in 2 to 6 working days PAN India
4. All personalised orders are shipped between 3 & 5 working days and delivered in 7 to 10 working days PAN India
5. If you need an order urgently, please reach out to us directly via email or whatsapp
6. Detailed information about your order and payment details will be sent to you at the time of order confirmation on your registered Email ID and mobile number. Tracking ID will be separately sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
7. In case you need to make a change to your confirmed order, email or whatsapp us with your Order ID and the required changes. If not already processed, we will happily accommodate the change!
